Nestled in the heart of the Roanoke Valley, The Village at Hollins brings together beautiful homes, quality construction, and a location that puts the best of Roanoke right at your doorstep.
Founded in 2001 by Allen W. DeWeese and Richard E. Gluth, the HOA exists to protect and preserve what makes this neighborhood worth living in. By maintaining shared standards for appearance and upkeep, we help ensure every home retains its value and the community as a whole remains a place residents are proud of.
Our goal as an HOA isn't to oversee every decision you make as a homeowner. It's to create a consistent foundation that benefits everyone.
HOA dues fund the maintenance, governance, and shared standards that keep The Village at Hollins a place residents are proud of.
All six of the 2026 proposed amendments to the CC&Rs were ratified and are now effective.
