Proposed Amendments
The Association is proposing updates to our Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) based on resident input and the need to modernize our Prohibitions and Requirements to keep pace with current HOA property maintenance practices and technology. These updates are intended to help preserve property values, maintain a clean and safe neighborhood, and ensure that our governing documents reflect the needs of our Homeowners.

Homeowners are encouraged to review the proposed changes and participate in the voting process so the regulations reflect the shared needs of our community. Two-thirds (2/3) of Homeowners must vote to approve each proposed Prohibition and Requirement to amend the CC&Rs.
Please return your vote by March 1, 2026.

HOA Annual Dues Information

HOA dues for the Village at Hollins are $350/year.

Payments are due on January 31 of each year.

There is a $50 late fee each month payment is late.
